Lv Ziyang, whose ancestral home was in Wu County, Jiangsu Province, was born in the City of Shenyang, 1967. Graduated from Chinese Painting Department, Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in 1991, he went to Japan the following year and furthered his education in techniques of preservation and restoration of ancient paintings. He now works at Shenyang Normal University as the Vice Dean of College of Art and Design, Associate Professor, Graduated Tutor and Director of the Creating Center of Large Scale Painting. He is holding concurrent posts as Vice Director of Rock Painting Art Center of China Association for Promoting Democracy, Vice Dean of Chinea Tongze Painting and Calligraphy Institute, "Liaoning Province Shijia Outstanding Young Artist" and Vice President of Shenang City Youth Artist Association.
吕子扬，1967年生于沈阳，祖籍江苏吴县。1991年毕业于鲁迅美术学院中国画系，1993年赴日求学，研究古代绘画保存与修复技术；现为沈阳师范大学美术与设计学院副院长，教授，硕士研究生导师，大型题材绘画创作中心主任；中华民族促进会岩彩艺术中心副主任；中国同泽书画研究院副院长；辽宁省十佳青年书画家；沈阳市青年美术家协会副主席；中国美术家协会会员。
